Ordering, Delivery and Pickup
Everything you need to know from placing your order to receiving your Ready in 3 meals.
How to Order
- Choose your meals from the Ready in 3 menu.
- Add the quantity you need to your cart.
- Enter complete customer and delivery details.
- Review the food-safety reminder and submit your order.
- Follow the payment instructions and use your order number when submitting proof of payment.
Lalamove or GrabExpress Delivery
Delivery may be arranged through Lalamove or GrabExpress, subject to rider availability and the service coverage of the chosen platform.
The customer pays the delivery charge separately. The final delivery fee is based on the pickup point, destination, vehicle type, demand, and the courier platform’s current quotation.
Please provide an accurate address, reachable mobile number, and any helpful landmark or delivery instruction. Someone must be available to receive the frozen meals promptly.
Customer Pickup
Customer pickup is available after the order has been confirmed. Please wait for the pickup confirmation and instructions before travelling to the pickup location.
Bring or quote your order number. For frozen-food quality, travel directly home and place the meals in the freezer as soon as possible.
