These terms apply when you browse the Ready in 3 website or place an order.
Products and Availability
Product descriptions, images, prices, promotions, and stock availability may change without prior notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, decline an order, or contact you when an ordered item becomes unavailable.
Orders and Payment
An order is considered received when submitted through the website, but it remains subject to verification and confirmation. Customers must provide complete and accurate information and follow the payment instructions shown during checkout.
Delivery and Pickup
Lalamove or GrabExpress delivery charges are not included in the website order total and are paid separately by the customer. Courier availability, rates, routes, and delivery times are controlled by the courier platform. Customer pickup is available only after confirmation and according to the provided pickup instructions.
Food Safety
Customers are responsible for promptly receiving, transporting, freezing, handling, and reheating products according to the Ready in 3 Food Safety Guide. Check ingredients and allergen information before consumption.
Cancellations and Order Issues
Cancellations, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Cancellation, Replacement and Refund Policy.
